The result was closing within about a month from listing. Before listing, she came out and told us all that needed to be done in order to sell in the tough market. She was brutally honest and set the proper expectations. Then, during listing, we had several disclosures that she walked us through. Thanks to her improvement advice and smart marketing, we got an offer within 8 days. Negotiation was tough because of inspection surprises and other issues, but her reputation gave us credibility and we were able to make fair (to us and the buyers) and fast decisions because of her advice. She even did all the negotiation on Easter Sunday for your little house! I couldn’t believe it. We never had to worry about making the right choices of being left to wait on answers. We honestly think the house would’ve sat on the market for months if we would’ve gone with another realtor.
